Add or update witnesses in a safety incident
Open the safety incident details
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project Home page, select Safety Incidents in the QC and Safety section.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select the incident date from the list.
Add a witness
- In the Witnesses section, select Add / Import Items.
- Select one of the following options:
- To add a witness manually, select Add Manually and enter the following information:
- In the Witness Information section, enter the individual’s First and Last Name, then complete any additional fields as needed.
- Optionally, in the Employer section, enter the employer's information as needed.
- Optionally, in the Home Address section, enter the individual's home address as needed.
- Optionally, in the Observation section, enter the Observed From and Observation information.
- To import a witness from the project directory, select Add Witness from Project Directory and do the following:
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select one or more contacts from the list.
- Select Add & Close.
Update a witness
- In the Witnesses section, select the contact's name.
- Select Edit.
- Update any of the available fields as needed.
- Select Save & Close.
Update multiple witnesses
- In the Witnesses section, select Edit List.
- Update any for the following information for each witness as needed:
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- Company
- Employer phone
- Home phone
- Email address
- Observed from
- Select Save.
