Add a new safety meeting discussion item
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project Home page, select Safety Meetings under the QC and Safety section.
- Select the meeting number from the list.
- In the Safety Items section, select Add.
- Optionally, update the Item # as needed.
The meeting number is automatically generated but can be edited.

Enter a Category or use the magnifying glass icon (
) to select an existing option. - Enter a Subject.
- Enter the Discussion description.
- Optionally, in the Company Responsible and Due Date section, select the responsible Company and Contact, and enter a Due Date.
The listed companies are from the project directory.
- Optionally, in the Status and Conclusion Comments section, select the Closed checkbox and enter any comments if the item has been closed.Items appear in the calendar and alerts while the item remains open.
- Select Save & Close.
