Edit a site hazard assessment item
Open the site hazard assessment details form
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- Select Site Hazard Assessments in the QC and Safety section.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the site hazard assessment records.
- Select the Assessment #.
Edit an individual site hazard assessment item
- In the Applicable Site Hazard Items section, select the Description of the item that you want to update.
- Update the following fields as needed:
- Category Item #
- Description
- Location
- Priority
- Task
- Plans to Eliminate or Control Hazard
- Required Personal Protective Eqp.
- Responsible Company
- Responsible Contact
- Estimated completion date
- Actual completion date
Completion Comments
- Select Save & Close.
Update multiple hazard items simultaneously
- In the Applicable Site Hazard Items section, select the boxes next to the items that you want to update.
- Select Choose Bulk Action.
- In the dialog, select and update the following fields as needed:
- Responsible Company and Contact
- Location
- Priority
- Estimated Completion Date
- Actual Completion Date
- To delete the selected items, select Delete.
- Select Select.
