Edit a site hazard assessment item

Open the site hazard assessment details form

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Site Hazard Assessments in the QC and Safety section.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Select the site hazard assessment number from the list.

Edit an individual hazardous item

  1. In the Applicable Site Hazard Items section, select the description of the item that you want to update.
  2. Update any of the following information as needed:
    • Hazard category
    • Category item number
    • Description
    • Location
    • Priority
    • Task description
    • Plans to eliminate or control the hazard
    • Required personal protective equipment
    • Responsible company and contact
    • Estimated and actual completion dates
    • Completion comments

  3. Select Save & Close.

Bulk update hazardous items

  1. In the Applicable Site Hazard Items section, select the items that you want to update.
  2. Select Choose Bulk Action.
  3. In the dialog, select and update any of the following information as needed:
    • Select the Responsible Company checkbox and select the company and contact from the dropdowns.
    • Select the Location checkbox and enter the location in the field.
    • Select the Priority checkbox and select an option from the dropdown.
    • Select the Estimated Completion Date checkbox and select the date.
    • Select the Actual Completion Date checkbox and select the date.
    • Select the Delete checkbox to delete the selected items.
  4. Use Select to confirm your action.
