Import a hazard item to an existing site hazard assessment

Open the site hazards assessment details form

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
2. Select Site Hazard Assessments in the QC and Safety section.
3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the site hazard assessment records.
4. Select the Assessment #.

Import a hazard item

1. In the Applicable Site Hazard Items section, select Import.
2. Optionally, select the default Location and Priority.
3. Optionally, select the default Responsible Company and Responsible Contact.

   These fields are typically left blank unless a specific firm is designated as responsible for the hazardous item.

4. Optionally, select the default Est. Completion Date for the hazardous items to be resolved or eliminated.
5. Select one or more hazardous items from the list.

   The available options are specified in Settings > Feature Settings > QC and Safety.

6. Select one or more Hazardous Items by clicking the checkbox on the left.

   The available options are specified in Settings > Feature Settings > QC and Safety.

7. Select Add.
