Import a hazardous item into an existing site hazard assessment

1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Site Hazard Assessments in the QC and Safety section.
3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
4. Select the site hazard assessment number from the list.
5. In the Applicable Site Hazard Items section, select Import.

6. Optionally, specify the Default Hazard Item Information as follows:

   1. Select the default Location and Priority.
   2. Select the default Responsible Company and Responsible Contact.

      These fields are typically left blank unless a specific firm is designated as responsible for the hazardous item.

   3. Select the default Est. Completion Date for the hazardous items to be resolved or eliminated.
7. Select one or more hazardous items from the list.

   The available options are specified in Settings () > Feature Settings > QC & Safety.

8. Select Add.
