Edit test samples and results

Open the tests and inspections record details

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project from the list.
2. On the project home page, select Test / Inspections in the Quality Control section.
3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
4. Select the test number from the list.

Update an individual sample (recommended)

1. In the Samples and Test Results section, select the sample date.
2. In the Sample Information section, update any of the following information as needed:
   • Sample date
   • Sample time
   • Contact that prepared the sample
   • Location
   • Quantity
   • Size
   • Sample comments
3. In the Test Results section, update any of the following information as needed:
   • Test company
   • Test facility location
   • Status
   • Test result comments
   • Non comply action
4. Select Save.

Update multiple samples

1. In the Samples and Test Results section, select Edit List.
2. Update any of the following information for each sample as needed:
   • Sample date
   • Sample time
   • Prepared by contact
   • Quantity
   • Size
   • Test company
   • Status
3. Select Save.
