Edit Test Sample and Result

Open Test and Inspection Details Form

1. Click the 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
2. Select the Project in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then refresh the page and show the 'Current Project Home' page.
3. On the 'Quick Links' tab, click the 'Quality Control (QC) and Safety' link under the 'Project Management and Field Staff' section. This will refresh the page and show the 'QC and Safety Module Landing Page'.
4. Navigate to the Test and Inspections row in the 'QC Stats' section.
5. Click the number under the Total column. This will redirect to the Test and Inspection listing.
6. Optional: Use the Search field to filter the Tests.
7. Click on the Test # to view the details.

Option A - Edit Sample and Test Results Individually (Preferred)

1. Navigate to the Sample and Test Results section.
2. Locate the Sample to be modified. The Search field shown above the grid can be used to filter the listing.
3. Click on the Sample Date. This will redirect to the Sample and Test Result Item Details form.
4. Optional: Update the Sample information as needed.
   • Sample Date
   • Sample Time
   • Prepared By Contact
   • Location
   • Quantity
   • Size
   • Sample Comments
5. Optional: Update the Test information as needed.
   • Test Company
   • Test Facility Location
   • Status: Pending, Compliance, or Non-Compliance
   • Test Result Comments
   • Non Comply Action
6. Click the 'Save' or 'Save and New' button in the form footer.

Option B - Edit Sample and Test Results In the Grid

1. Navigate to the Sample and Test Results section.
2. Click the Pencil icon shown to the right of the 'Samples and Test Results' section title.
3. Optional: Update the Sample information as needed.
   • Sample Date
   • Sample Time
   • Prepared By Contact
   • Quantity
   • Size
4. Optional: Update the Test information as needed.
   • Test Company
   • Status: Pending, Compliance, or Non-Compliance
5. Click the 'Save' button below the grid.
