Mail merge fields for linked documents and images in detail report templates

Mail merge fields for linked documents and images can be used in all detail report templates. The report will include only linked files and images that have the grant access option selected.

Merge table start and end tags: LinkedDocuments

Merge fields:

  • DocumentName
  • DocumentDescription
  • DocumentUploadedBy
  • DocumentUploadDate

Merge fields:

  • DocumentName
