Access standard and custom log reports

Access single or multi-project log reports from the Reports module

  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management.
  2. Select the Reports module.
  3. Select Project Specific Reports in the Report Category dropdown
  4. Select the Report Sub-Category.

    The following sub-categories have multi project report options:

    • Invitation to bid
    • Prime contracts
    • Prime invoices
    • CPRs
    • Procurement RFP packages
    • Purchase orders (POs)
    • Change orders (COs)
    • Bills
    • Subcontracts
    • Sub invoices
    • Labor timecards with and without payroll rate access
    • Equipment timecards
    • Misc. expenses
    • Safety incidents
  5. Select one of the following options:
    • To view single project reports, select Single Project Reports and select the appropriate Project in the dropdown.
    • To view multi-project reports, if applicable, do the following:
      1. Select Multi-Project Reports.
      2. Specify the Report Time Frame or From and To dates as needed.
      3. Select the Project Status.
      4. Select List Projects.
  6. Select the Standard Reports or Custom Reports tab and select the appropriate report from the list.

Access lead or project specific log reports from the feature landing pages

  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management.
  2. Select the Leads or Reports module.
  3. Select the overview link under the appropriate section.

    For example, to view the available lead specific log reports for journal, select Correspondence Overview in the Correspondence section.

  4. Select the report icon () next to the appropriate feature.
  5. Select the Standard Reports or Custom Reports tab and select the appropriate report from the list.

Access log reports from the module landing page

This method is recommended for accessing the log reports when you need to copy and customize one of the existing standard log reports.
  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management.
  2. Select one of the following modules:
    • For company or employee general reports, go to Contact Management and select the report icon () next to the Companies or Employees in the Stats section.
    • For general lead reports, go to Leads and select the report icon () next to the Active Leads in the Lead Stats section.
    • For general project reports, go to Projects and select the report icon () next to the Active Projects in the Projects section.
    • For equipment timecards multi project reports, go to Equipment and select the report icon () next to the Eqp. Timecards in the Equipment Timecard Stats section.
    • For employee general reports, labor timecards multi project reports, or miscellaneous expenses multi project reports, go to Time & Expenses and select the report icon () in the appropriate section.
  3. Select the Standard Reports or Custom Reports tab and select the appropriate report from the list.
You can print or export the report in the following formats:
  • PDF
  • Excel
  • Word
  • HTML
  • Powerpoint
  • CSV
  • XML

PDF or Excel are the recommended export formats.
