Improvements in the Accounting Link for Sage Intacct

  • Contract items with cost code division or major: You can now create contract items using Sage Construction Management cost code division or major.

  • SIC Cost Codes to Sage Construction Management Cost Codes with ERP JTD Costs: You can now add SIC Cost Codes to Sage Construction Management Cost Codes when Importing ERP JTD Costs.

  • Various enhancements in Posting Preferences and the Posting Wizard, such as:

    • New preferences when posting AR transactions.

    • A note has been included in the General Preferences > General section of the Posting Preferences to inform users that the field truncation option applies to Project ID, Contract ID, and Contract Name.

      The access list link from the Leads menu and target page.

    • Equipment timecards - New Owned/Rental Filters with Cost Rate Properties.

    • Equipment timecards - Add Default Item, GL Acct, and Cost Type for Rental Equipment.

    • Ability to see the equipment type in the equipment list (A-HA SAGECM-I-247).

    • Truncate setting is applied when creating project contract lines in Intacct.

    • Update Company Code and Employee ID when manually linking customers, vendors, and employees.

    • Bill rate values that have been imported from Sage Intacct are revised in Sage Construction Management through Time Sheets maintaining the values that have been added in Sage Construction Management.

    • Mobile App - Labor Timecards - Add Options – are hidden if Sage Intacct Project Timesheets are imported through the Accounting Link.
