Other browser enhancements

  • In invitations to bid (ITB), documents in the Linked Files tab are now sorted by Document Name by default.

  • In the General Info tab of projects, the following sections have been renamed for clarity:

    • The Project Estimated Start and Finish Dates section has been renamed to Estimated Project Start and Finish Dates.

    • The Project Schedule Start and Finish Dates section has been renamed to Actual Project Start and Finish Dates.

    • The Prime Contract Start and Finish Dates section has been renamed to Estimated Prime Contract Start and Finish Dates.

  • In the General Info tab of leads, the Lead Start and Finish Dates section has been renamed to Estimated Project Start and Finish Dates.

  • On the leads edit page, the Project Act. Schedule Start and Finish Dates section has been removed because these dates do not apply to leads.

  • When adding a work assembly in the Cost DB, we’ve made the following improvements to the wizard:

    • In step 4, the Filter Type and Filter fields have been moved under the Work Items section for better organization.

    • In step 5, the section title now displays the work assembly code followed by its description, separated by a colon, for clearer identification.

  • In the Labor Item List of the Cost Database, the following sections in the Labor Item Info. page have been renamed for clarity:
    • The Labor Details - Add Location Specific Rates section has been renamed to Labor Details - Add Location Specific Estimating Rates.
    • The Labor Details - Add Project Specific Rates has been renamed to Labor Details - Add Project Specific Timecard Rates.
    • The Project Specific Rates has been renamed to Project Specific Timecard Rates.
  • The following improvements have been incorporated in the Equipment Item List of the Cost Database:
    • The columns in the Equipment Details - Spare Parts editing section have been aligned with the read-only form for consistency.
    • The Equipment - Add Location Specific Rates section has been renamed to Equipment Details - Add Location Specific Estimating Rates.
    • The Equipment Details - Add Project Specific Rates has been renamed to Equipment Details - Add Project Specific Timecard Rates.
    • The Project Specific Rates has been renamed to Project Specific Timecard Rates.
    • Dropdown fields have been rearranged to display Idle Time before Down Time.
