You can now specify the Prime Retainage % and Sub Retainage % for both completed work and stored materials for new prime contracts.
How it works
When creating a new prime contract using the Contract Admin Setup Wizard, use the fields under the Default Retainage Percentages section in step 3 to specify the retainage.
