New SCO and sub invoice memo format options in the Posting Preferences for AP

New memo‑format options are now available for subcontract change orders (SCOs) and sub invoices within the AP Posting Preferences.

Details

The AP Tab now supports additional memo‑format templates for SCO and subcontract postings. These new formats provide additional options for how SCO information appears in Sage Intacct. The addition of SCO, Sub Invoice, and Prime Contract formatting options are included .

How it works

1. Select Accounting Link > Posting Preferences > AP.

2. Select Edit next to Post AP Transaction Message and Line Item Memo Format.

   The additional formatting options appear in the SCO and Sub Invoice dropdown lists.
