Post SCO items with subcontract retainage percentage

SCO postings in AccountingLink for Sage Intacct now correctly apply the subcontract retainage percentage when using the new JCC reference, ensuring accurate retainage calculations during AP posting to Sage Intacct.

This enhancement updates the posting logic for Subcontract Change Order (SCO) items when the new Job Cost Code (JCC) reference structure is used. Previously, SCO postings did not automatically apply the subcontract retainage percentage, requiring manual adjustments in Sage Intacct. With this improvement:

• The retainage percentage defined on the subcontract is applied for SCO items.

• Retainage is calculated at the line‑item level, reflecting Sage Intacct’s data model and the fields available to Purchasing Transaction Definitions.

How it works

  1. Select Accounting Link > Accounts Payable (AP).

  2. Select View SCOs - Not Posted or Failed.
