Improved synchronization of cost types with time entries

Cost types are now correctly transferred when posting time entries to Sage Intacct.

Details

Previously, cost types configured in Sage Construction Management were not being sent to Sage Intacct during time entry posting when mappings were correctly defined.

Mapped cost types are now included consistently when time entries are transferred between systems.
