Contact Management landing page enhancements

The Content Management landing page has been redesigned to provide easier and faster access to company, contact, and employee records.

Details

  • A new Contact Management Insights collapsible section appears at the top of the page that includes:

    • Number of active and inactive companies, contacts, and employees.

    • Changes over the past 7 days.

    • Companies with missing information.

  • Active companies, contacts, and employees now display in tabs under the Contact Management Insights section. You can:

    • Switch between the Companies, Contacts, and Employees tabs.

    • Filter the list.

    • Customize visible columns.

How it works

  1. Go to Contact Management.

    The Contact Management Insights section appears at the top of the page, with the active companies list displayed below by default.

  2. Optionally, select a count under the Active, Inactive, New in Last 7 Days, or Updated Last 7 Days to filter the list.

  3. Select the Companies, Contacts, or Employees tab.

  4. Optionally, select Filters to refine the list or Columns to specify which columns to display.
