Leads landing page enhancements

The Leads landing page has been redesigned to provide faster access to key insights and lead management tools.

Details

  • A new Lead Insights collapsible section appears at the top of the page, consolidating important metrics and analytics that were previously spread across multiple sections, including:

    • Lead statistics

    • Changes over the past 7 days

    • Leads with missing information

    • Lead stage analysis

    • Upcoming lead due dates

  • Active leads now display below the Lead Insights section. You can:

    • Switch between Card and List view.

    • Filter and sort the list.

    • Customize visible columns in list view.

How it works

  1. Go to Leads.

    The Lead Insights section appears at the top of the page, with active leads displayed below in card view by default.

  2. Optionally, select a count in Lead stats, Changes in Past 7 Days, or Leads without to filter the list.

  3. Optionally, select Filters to refine the list by status, classification, stage, dates, or missing information.

  4. Optionally, select Sorting to sort leads by:

    1. ID

    2. Lead number

    3. Lead title

    4. City

    5. State

    6. Bid date

    7. Stage

    8. Salesperson

    9. Last viewed date

  5. Optionally, select List to switch to list view, then select Columns to specify which columns to display.
