New option to import Sage Intacct project timesheets

The checkbox in the Time Sheet tab has been replaced by a dropdown with the following options:

Do Not Post or Import Timecards
Post Sage CM Timecards to SIC
Retrieve SIC Project Timesheets to Sage CM (New)
