Sage AI for Optical Character Recognition

The third-party Optical Character Recognition (OCR) service has now been replaced with Sage AI in Sage Construction Management. You can use Sage AI to automate the conversion of PDFs or images into structured financial data. You can automatically extract structured data from invoices and purchase orders and generate bills based on the extracted information, such as line items, totals, and purchase order details.

Sage Construction Management manages the process of uploading and OCR processing documents, such as PDFs or images.

An option to use Sage AI for OCR has been added in the following Sage Construction Management applications:

• Android Mobile application

• IOS Mobile App

• TeamLink Portal
