  • When importing Job Cost Codes into the Daily Log's Activities section, a column was added to show Job Cost Codes Units of measure.

  • ItemImage1is the mail merge field introduced for the image uploaded to the work item. It has been added in the Estimate Proposal Detail Report Template > Item Mail Merge Table. Select the Cost DB from the side menu, open a work item from the Work Item List and click Upload to upload the needed image on the Work Item Details page.

  • The color palette for charting has been updated to match the colors of Sage Intacct.

  • Hyperlinks in SCO and Sub Invoices were updated for consistency (AHA! – SAGECM-48.)

  • The Safety Meeting Attendees’ section was updated to be consistent with standard Meetings in the Documentation module.

  • The ‘Is Salesperson’ checkbox has been removed from the HR Employee info. The Sales Contact list in the Add Project Wizard now shows all employees.

  • A Bookmark for PO reference was added in the Detail Report Template for Vendor Bill (AHA! – SAGECM-51.)

  • All users that have access to the feature can now abandon a workflow approval process. Previously, only administrators or approvers could perform this function (AHA! – SAGECM-38.)

  • All email templates were revised to remove the Scope of Work field to avoid any issues with the number of characters in the body of the email.
