Assigning TeamLink Security Roles for Companies in the Project Directory
Although the Project Directory can be accessed from most modules, the steps listed below is the most common way.
- Expand the Main Menu by clicking the three horizontal bars symbol shown in the left corner.
- Expand the Projects section.
- Click Current Project Home.
- Select the Project in the popup form.
- Navigate to the 'Internal Stakeholders, Project Directory' section.
- Click the record count link next to Directory Companies. This will show a list of existing companies in the Project Directory.
- Navigate to the appropriate Company record. The Search field can be used to filter the listing.
- Select the TeamLink Role by clicking in the cell. Updates are saved automatically.
- Repeat the last two steps to assign roles for other companies.
