Emailing TeamLink Login Information from the Project Directory

  1. Expand the Main Menu by clicking the three horizontal bars symbol shown in the left corner.
  2. Expand the Projects section.
  3. Click Current Project Home.
  4. Select the Project in the popup form.
  5. Navigate to the 'Internal Stakeholders, Project Directory' section.
  6. Click the record count link next to Directory Companies. This will show a list of existing companies in the Project Directory.
  7. Click the 'Action' drop-down in the right-corner.
  8. Click the 'Send TeamLink Invitation' option.
  9. Select the TeamLink Role. This will refresh the listing showing contacts of firms that have been assigned that security role.
  10. Select contacts that require a portal login by clicking the checkbox on the left side.

    Note: For those contacts that do not have a username and password, Sage Construction Management will set the username to their email address and the password is auto-generated. Contacts that already have been assigned a user name can keep their existing password only if 'Do Not Reset Password' is checked.

  11. Click the 'Send Email' button at the bottom right.
