Send TeamLink Portal login information

  1. Go to Projects and select the project in the Quick Select section.

  2. On the Project Home page, select Project Directory in the Project Team section.

  3. Select Actions > Send TeamLink Invitation,
  4. Optional: Use the Company Filter to filter the recipients by company.
  5. Select the recipients' security role from the Role Filter dropdown.
  6. Select the contacts that require a TeamLink Portal login from the list.
  7. Enter the Email address and Username as needed.
    If a contact does not have a username, Sage Construction Management will set the username to their email address and the password will be auto-generated.
  8. Select Send Email.
