Lock or unlock TeamLink users

You can temporarily restrict user access to the TeamLink Portal by locking their accounts.

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
2. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project from the list.
3. On the Project Home page, select Project Directory in the Project Team section.
4. Select the appropriate Contact Name from the list.
5. In the Contact Profile page, do one of the following as needed:
   • To lock a user, select Lock TeamLink User.

     When a TeamLink user with a locked account tries to log in to the portal, a message appears notifying them that their account is locked.

   • To unlock a user, select Unlock TeamLink User.
6. In the dialog, enter a Reason and select Save.
