Removing TeamLink Portal Logins

  1. Click the Global Search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the Main Menu.
  2. Enter the contact's last name to search.
  3. In the search results listing, click on the record to view the Contact Details form.
  4. Click the pencil icon at top to edit.
  5. Scroll down to the TeamLink Portal section.
  6. Remove or clear the User Name.
  7. Uncheck the External User field.
  8. Click the 'Save' button.
