Update TeamLink login credentials manually in the contact profile
- Go to Contact Management.
- In the Stats section, select the record count number next to the Contacts under the Active column.
- Optionally, use the Search field and the Filters as needed to filter the active contacts list.
- Select the Display Name of the appropriate contact record to view the profile.
- In the Contact Details section, select Edit.
- In the TeamLink Information section, select the External User option.
- Select Set Password, enter a New Password and confirm by re-typing it in the Confirm Password field.
- Select Save & Close.
