Updating TeamLink Logins Manually In The Contact Profile Form

  1. Click the Global Search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the Main Menu.
  2. Enter the contact's last name to search.
  3. In the search results listing, click on the record to view the Contact Details form.
  4. Click the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Scroll down to the TeamLink Portal section.
  6. Enter the User Login and click the External User checkbox.
  7. Click the 'Save' button.
  8. Click the 'Change Password' link.
  9. In the popup form, enter a password and confirm by re-typing it.
  10. Click the 'Save' button in the popup form.
