Update TeamLink login credentials manually in the contact profile

  1. Go to Contact Management.
  2. In the Stats section, select the record count number next to the Contacts under the Active column.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field and the Filters as needed to filter the active contacts list.
  4. Select the Display Name of the appropriate contact record to view the profile.
  5. In the Contact Details section, select Edit.
  6. In the TeamLink Information section, select the External User option.
  7. Select Set Password, enter a New Password and confirm by re-typing it in the Confirm Password field.
  8. Select Save & Close.
