AccountingLink For QuickBooks Online Setup Instructions

By utilizing the AccountingLink for QuickBooks Online utility, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to theSage Construction Management End User License Agreement for Software.

  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear Icon).
  3. Click Company Settings | Profile and navigate to External Applications section.
  4. Select 'Intuit QuickBooks Online' for the Accounting Application.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. Logout of Sage Construction Management and close the browser.
  7. Open the browser and Log in to Sage Construction Management.
  8. Click the menu icon on the far left. The 'AccountingLink' option will appear at the bottom.
  9. Click the 'AccountingLink' and follow setup instructions.

    Important: The User accessing the AccountingLink must be assigned either the Administrator or Financial Admin security role.
  10. If the connection to QuickBooks Online is successful, the AccountingLink main menu will appear.
  11. Click the 'Sync Preferences' button at the top of the main menu.
  12. Update ALL Sync Preferences. This is required prior to running the Sync Wizard.
  13. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the Sync Preferences form.
