Set up AccountingLink for QuickBooks Online
Before you begin

Review the QuickBooks Online configuration.

By using the AccountingLink for QuickBooks Online utility, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Sage Construction Management End User License Agreement for Software.

The AccountingLink is compatible with the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
Set up AccountingLink
- Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
- Select Settings (
) > Company Settings> Profile. - In the External Applications Being Used section, select Intuit QuickBooks Online in the Accounting System dropdown.
- Select Save.
- Log out of Sage Construction Management and close the browser.
- Open the browser and log in to Sage Construction Management again.
- Select AccountingLink in the left menu and follow the setup steps shown on your screen.
To access the AccountingLink, users must be assigned either the Administrator or Financial Admin security role.
If the connection to QuickBooks Online is successful, the AccountingLink main menu will be displayed.
- Select Sync Preferences and update all the sync preferences.You must configure the sync preferences before running the Sync Wizard.
- Select Save.
