About syncing linked customers, vendors, and employees
- You can use the Sync Preferences to specify how Sage Construction Management and QuickBooks Online customers, vendors, and employees must be synchronized.

Only linked Sage Construction Management companies and employees will be synchronized, which updates their address and phone information.

New customers or employees added in either system are not imported or exported during syncing, because separate functions handle those tasks.
Sync linked customers and vendors
- Go to Accounting Link and select the Contact Management tab.
- Select Sync Linked Customers & Vendors in the Sync Address & Phone section.
- Select one or more customers or vendors from the list.
- Select Post Selected to synchronize the selected records.
Sync linked employees
- Go to Accounting Link and select the Contact Management tab.
- Select Sync Linked Employees in the Sync Address & Phone section.
- Select Sync Employees to synchronize all employees in the list.
