Projects tab functions
When Sage Construction Management is integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO), the prime contract is exported through the AccountingLink Sync Wizard. This process automatically creates the corresponding customer and sub-customer in QBO.
If a customer or sub-customer was accidentally entered in both systems, the prime contract must be manually linked to prevent duplicate records. Additionally, a prime contract can be unlinked if it needs to be re-exported or manually linked to a different job.
All these actions can be performed in the Projects tab, as detailed below.
The customer referenced on an approved Sage Construction Management prime contract corresponds to the QBO customer.
The Sage Construction Management project and prime contract number correspond to the QBO sub-customer.
