Set up AccountingLink for Xero
Before you begin

By using the AccountingLink for Xero, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Sage Construction Management End User License Agreement for Software.

Review the Xero configuration.

The AccountingLink is compatible with the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
Set up AccountingLink
- Log in to Sage Construction Management using the Sage Construction Management Administrator user account.
- Go to Settings (
) > Company Settings > Profile. - In the External Applications Being Used section, select Xero from the Accounting System dropdown.
- Select Save.
- Log out of Sage Construction Management and close the browser.
- Open the browser and log in to Sage Construction Management again.
- Select AccountingLink from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select Connect to Xero.
- Enter your Xero log in credentials and select Log in.
- Select Allow access to allow the transfer of data between Sage Construction Management and Xero.
- Select Sync Preferences and update all posting preferences before running the Sync wizard.
- Select Save.
