Company profile settings

Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
- Select Settings (
) > Company Settings> Profile.
- Update the required fields and select Save.
The Org. ID is assigned by Sage Construction Management and cannot be modified. If the Org. Name is misspelled or needs to be changed, contact Customer Support.
The Org. Name also appears as an active company in the Contact Management module.
The uploaded company logo automatically appears in detail and log reports. Learn more here.
Changes to the address, phone, and fax information are automatically copied to the company record in the Contact Management module. This helps prevent discrepancies.
In the OCR Email field, enter the email address prefix used to receive bills from vendors. For example, if the email address is TimberlineConstruction@sage.com, enter TimberlineConstruction. Vendor documents sent to that address are automatically processed and appear on the Files Ready for Processing tab of the Create Bills from PDF or Image page in the Vendor Hub. You can then convert each entry to a bill record.

Company Type.
The term Customer in prime contracts, CPRs, COs, and prime invoice forms changes dynamically based on the selected company type. For example, subcontractors using Sage Construction Management typically refer to the general contractor as the customer, while a general contractor’s customer is the building owner. Set the company type accurately so Sage Construction Management can adapt to your business.

Number of employees and Annual revenue.
These settings are for reference only and do not affect Sage Construction Management functionality.
You can select the Accounting System that integrates with Sage Construction Management through AccountingLink.
