Company profile

Update the company profile

Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
Go to Settings > Company Settings > Profile.
Update the appropriate fields and select Save.

Company ID and name

The Org. ID is assigned by Sage Construction Management and cannot be modified. If the Org. Name is misspelled or needs to be changed, contact our Customer Support team.

The revised name must not exist in the system, so review the active and inactive companies in the Contact Management module before requesting a name change.

The Org. Name will also appear as an active company in the Contact Management module.

Company logo

The uploaded company logo will automatically appear in detail and log reports. Learn more here.

Company address, phone, fax, and website information

Changes in the address, phone, and fax information will be automatically copied to the company record under the Contact Management module, eliminating any discrepancies.

In the OCR Email field, enter the prefix of the email address used for receiving bills from vendors. For example, if the email address is TimberlineConstruction@invoices.corecon.com, enter TimberlineConstruction in the field. When vendors send documents to that email address, they're automatically processed and appear on the Files Ready for Processing tab of the Create Bills from PDF or Image page in the Vendor Hub. You can then convert the entry on the Files Ready for Processing tab to a bill record.

Profile

Company Type

The term Customer in the prime contract, CPR, CO, and prime invoice forms changes dynamically based on the selected company type. For example, subcontractors using Sage Construction Management usually refer to the general contractor as the customer, whereas a general contractor's customer is the actual building owner. Thus, it's important to specify the company type, so Sage Construction Management can adapt to the user's type of business.

External applications

You can specify the Accounting System that will integrate with Sage Construction Management through the AccountingLink.
