Create externally authorized users

  1. Go to Settings () > Company Settings > CPA/Sage Partner Logins.

  2. To add an externally authorized user, in the CPA/Sage Partner Login section select Add and do the following:

    1. To add an existing contact as an externally authorized user:

      1. Select Add New External Authorized User from Existing Contacts.

      2. Select the External Company.

        The dropdown displays only companies that have the CPA/ Sage Partner login Authorized checkbox selected on the Company Profile page.

      3. Select the External User.

      4. Select the appropriate Role.

      Alternatively, you can use the options in the External Authorization Information section when editing the contact's profile.
    2. To add a new contact as an externally authorized user:

      1. Select Add New External Authorized User from New Contact.

      2. Select the External Company.

        The dropdown displays only companies that have the CPA/ Sage Partner login Authorized checkbox selected on the Company Profile page.

      3. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Business Email.

      4. Select the appropriate Role.

    3. Select Add.

Next steps: Externally authorized users can log in to Sage Construction Management as usual using their externally authorized credentials. They can then access all tenants their account is authorized for without needing to sign in to each one separately.
