Settings overview
To view the Settings home page:
- Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
- Click Settings (Gear Icon).
User Name and Assigned Security Role
The user who is viewing settings will appear at the top along with the assigned security role. Clicking the username will redirect to the user profile page. Clicking the Change Password link provides a quick way to update the password. All of this can also be done under Company Settings | Users.
Company Information
The Company ID is assigned by Sage Construction Management and can not be modified. However, if the Company Name is misspelled or needs to be changed, please contact our Customer Support team. Please be aware the revised name must NOT exist in the system so please review Active and Inactive Company listings in the Contact Management module prior to requesting a name change.
Note: Clicking the Edit button next to the company name will redirect to Company Settings | Profile so address, phone and profile information can be updated.
License Information
The number of licenses purchased will impact how many Employees can be set up as Users. If additional licenses are needed, please contact the billing department at billing@Sage Construction Management.com.
Storage Information
Most features within Sage Construction Management provide the ability to upload and link external files (ex. images, CAD files, Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, etc.). This is very similar to services such as DropBox, Box, Google Drive or Microsft One Drive. If you wish to purchase additional storage, please contact the Sage CRE Sales team.
Sage Construction Management Add-Ons
Add-ons are available to integrate Sage Construction Management with accounting systems and RS Means cost databases. The latter is only applicable for US and Canada markets.
