Locking or Unlocking Prime Contracts

1. At the Prime Contract listing, click on the Prime Contract # to view the details form.
2. Scroll down to the Approval and Lock Status section.
3. Check or uncheck the Locked checkbox.
4. Click OK when prompted to save.
