Estimate locations overview

Estimates can contain multiple items, so they’re organized using cost codes and, optionally, locations. Like cost codes, locations can also be used when printing the estimate proposal.

  • Locations are estimate‑specific, which means that they can vary from project to project. For example, a custom home, school, or parking structure.

  • The Order # field is numeric and determines how locations are listed. Location order can be reset globally for the estimate by selecting all locations and then selecting the Choose Bulk Action option.

  • Locations can also be grouped using internal division and major classifications.

      • Location Division: Floor 1

        • Master Bedroom
