The Business Intelligence (BI) engine used for lead and project analytics provides superior insights into your construction data.
About the project financials
- Information shown on BI summary dashboards and detail reports is dependent on the number of projects selected and the type of report. The following options are available:
- Single project: results by project, prime contract, and job cost code.
- Multi-projects: results by project and prime contract.
- Transactions can be filtered by start and end date. However, filtering by start date is not available for financial dashboards that include prime contract budgets or change orders (CO).
- The following transaction dates are used when filtering:
- Revenue:
- Prime contract: Status Date
- COs: Status Date
- Prime invoices: Issue Date
- Cost
:
- POs: Status Date
- Bills: Issue Date
- Subcontracts: Status Date
- SCOs: Status Date
- Sub invoices: Issue Date
- Labor timecards: Date
- Equipment timecards: Date
- Misc. expenses: Transaction Date
- Revenue:
- Dashboard bar charts, heat maps, and grids can be maximized and exported separately to Excel, PDF, or JPEG formats. Hover mouse over the right corner to view the available options.
- Dashboard heat maps can be used to filter by project and prime contract or job cost code depending on the number of projects selected.
- Detail cost analytic reports include sophisticated drill-in capabilities by cost code, division, owner code, transaction type, transaction resource, and vendor.
If dashboard labels or numeric fields appear cut off, hold down the Ctrl key and use the scroll wheel on your mouse to adjust the browser resolution.
