View the financial status of your ongoing projects

The cross-project Work-In-Progress (WIP) Overview Using Revised Cost Budget dashboard helps you track the progress and financial status of your ongoing projects. It includes details such as costs incurred, earned revenue, over billing, and under billing.

You can use the financial data from the dashboard in the bonding report to provide a comprehensive overview of your firm's financial health.

1. Go to Analytics and select Multi Project & Primes under the Selected Project(s) / Prime Contract(s) section.

2. Select View / Select Projects & Primes.

3. In the Filter Projects and Prime Contracts dialog, select the projects and prime contracts from the list, and select Filter.

4. Go to the Revenue tab and select Work-In-Progress (WIP) Overview Using Revised Cost Budget under the Summary Dashboards section.

   The Details by Project and Prime Contract table provides the following information for each project and prime contract:

   • Project #

   • Project Title

   • Prime Contract #

   • Client

   • Contract Type

   • Rev Contract Subtotal

   • Prime Invoice Gross

   • Gross Invoiced %

   • Rev Cost Budget

   • Gross Cost To Date

   • Gross Cost % of Cost Budget

   • Earned Revenue

   • Over Billing

   • Under Billing

   Use the scrollbar at the bottom of the table to navigate through all the columns in the table.

5. To export the report in Microsoft Excel format, select the three dot menu and go to Export > Excel.
