Improved file names when downloading documents from the Document Viewer

Downloaded files from the Document Viewer now use the linked file name instead of displaying an Azure file ID.

Details

Previously, when downloading a file from the Document Viewer, the downloaded file name could display an Azure file ID, making it difficult to identify the document outside of Sage Construction Management.
