Enhancements in analytics

• New and updated detailed analytic reports under the Analytical Reports section of the ERP JTD Cost tab

  The following reports have been added:

  • When the Single Project & Prime option is selected:

    • ERP CTD Transaction Details.

    • ERP CTD Transaction Details By GL Account and Cost Type.

    

  • When the Multi Project & Primes option is selected:

    • Multi-Project - Invoice and Cost Overview Incl. ERP Job To Date Costs.

    • Multi-Project - Invoice and ERP Job To Date Costs.

    • Multi-Project - Cost Budget vs ERP Job To Date Costs By Resource Type.

    

  Existing reports have been updated as follows:

  • The existing reports have a new drill-in option to the ERP CDT column to view ERP GL details.

    

  • The Pend. Cost Budget Values dropdown has been added to the Cost Budget VS Committed VS Gross Projected Cost VS ERP JTD Costs report specifying the values to display under the Pend. Cost Budget column.

    You can select one of the following options:

    • Pending CPRs

    • Pending CPRs and COs

    • Pending COs

    

• The V3 Project Financial endpoints are now available in the external API.

  You can use the following endpoints:

  • Overview by transaction type: /api/ProjectFinancial/TransactionV3

  • Overview by transaction history: /api/ProjectFinancial/TransactionHistoryV3

  • Overview by resource type: /api/ProjectFinancial/ResourceV3
