New bookmarks for Fixed Lump Sum prime contract invoice detail reports

You can now use the new header bookmarks in the detail report templates to include previous and current work completed, along with stored amounts, for Schedule of Values and change orders.

Details

The following additional bookmarks are now supported:

  • Prime invoice gross values for previous work completed and stored materials:

    • PrimeInvPreviousBilledSOVs (replaces the PrimeInvPreviousBilledScheduleOfValues bookmark)

    • PrimeInvPreviousBilledSOVsWork

    • PrimeInvPreviousBilledSOVsStored

    • PrimeInvPreviousBilledCOsWork

    • PrimeInvPreviousBilledCOsStored

  • Prime invoice gross values for current work completed and stored materials:

    • PrimeInvCurrentBilledSOVs (replaces the PrimeInvCurrentBilledScheduleOfValues bookmark)

    • PrimeInvCurrentBilledSOVsWork

    • PrimeInvCurrentBilledSOVsStored

    • PrimeInvCurrentBilledCOsWork

    • PrimeInvCurrentBilledCOsStored

How it works

  1. Download the detail report templates ZIP file.

  2. Open the desired Fixed Lump Sum prime contract invoice detail report template in Microsoft Word.

  3. Add one or more of the newly supported bookmarks to the header as needed.

  4. Save the document as a *.doc or *.dot file.
  5. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
  6. Go to Settings () > Templates & Reports > Detail Report Templates.
  7. Select Upload and upload the file as usual using the appropriate Feature for the report template.
