Other browser enhancements

  • Resolved multiple UI inconsistencies across the application to improve usability and consistency.

  • In the Correspondence, Documentation, and QC and Safety features, the company name and contact name are now displayed on separate rows on read-only pages. This aligns with the layout used on add and edit pages and improves clarity and consistency.

  • Improved formatting of commas by removing unnecessary spaces in the Status Summary section of the Change Proposal Request (CPR) Information page.

  • When old business items are imported into a meeting, the following fields are automatically populated based on the most recent meeting in which the item was imported:

    • Company

    • Contact

    • Due Date

  • When you edit an existing checklist template in Settings () > Templates & Reports > Checklist Templates, you can now add new sections to the template.

  • When importing an estimate from a Microsoft Excel file, Sage Construction Management now also supports the following text values for labor or equipment units:

    • Hourly

    • Dy

    • Daily

    • Dys

    • Mth

  • The layout of the Items tab in estimates has been updated to improve usability.

  • Prime contract invoice detail reports no longer include items with a current invoice total of zero.

  • The Tax Code column has been removed from the Summary By Job Cost Code page for prime and subcontract invoices, because it applies only to billed retainage.

  • The reports icon has been removed from the Contacts row on the Contact Management page. Contact-related reports are available under the company reports.

  • When you export work items from the cost database to Excel, the following fields no longer include unit symbols ($ or %):

    • MatlSellRate

    • LbrBaseCostRate

    • LbrBurdenCostRate

    • LbrSellRate

    • EqpBaseCostRate

    • EqpBurdenCostRate

    • EqpSellRate

    • SubCostRate

    • SubSellRate

    • OtherSellRate

    • OtherCostRate

  • Side paging has been added to both active and inactive Leads and Projects, allowing users to navigate large lists more efficiently.

  • Time and Expense users can be added as crew leaders.
