Improved tax amount reconciliation

Tax amounts are now automatically reconciled between Sage Construction Management and Sage Intacct to help ensure financial records remain consistent across both systems.

Details

The AccountingLink for Sage Intacct now compares tax amounts returned from Sage Intacct with the corresponding values stored in Sage Construction Management. When differences are identified, Sage Construction Management automatically updates its tax records to match the values calculated by Sage Intacct for the following transactions:

• PO tax amount

• Bill tax amount

• Subcontract tax amount

• SCO tax amount

• Sub invoice tax amount

• Prime invoice tax amount

When a transaction is posted to Sage Intacct, the AccountingLink retrieves the calculated tax details and compares them with the tax values stored in Sage Construction Management. If a discrepancy is detected, the Sage Intacct tax records are automatically updated to reflect the Sage Intacct values.
