TeamLink Portal authentication method 1 overview
Many Sage Construction Management features include an email option that can be used instead of printing a document and sending it using a mail carrier. For example, general contractors (GCs) often send an invitation to bid to their subcontractors or suppliers notifying them of an upcoming job opportunity. In this scenario, the GC needs to share drawings and specifications with vendors and request feedback if they’re interested in bidding. Another example is a subcontractor or GC sending out an RFI or submittal to an architect to get their response.
Sage Construction Management send an email that includes an auto-generated hyperlink that can be used to access the particular lead or project record on the portal. For example, RFP package 001, RFI 003, submittal 006, and so on. Contacts that are copied on the email will also get a hyperlink, but information shown in the portal will be read only.
