Unlock your Sage Construction Management account
If you try to log in with an incorrect password five times, your account will be locked. The following message appears after an unsuccessful attempt to let you know how many times you can try again before your account is locked:
"Unsuccessful login attempt: x"
In this message, x represents the number of incorrect attempts.
Unlocking your own account
If your account is locked because you entered an incorrect password five times, you can unlock your own account by resetting your password.

Select the browser's Refresh button to reload the login screen.

Select Click here to unlock.

Enter your user name.

Select Reset.
If you entered a valid user name, an email is sent to your email address.

Use the link in the email to reset your password.
Your account is unlocked after you reset your password.
If this process does not work, ask your system administrator to unlock your account.
