AccountingLink for QuickBooks Online - Accounts Receivable (AR) Tab Functions
The Sage Construction Management Sync Wizard can automatically export Prime Invoices to QBO's Invoice feature if the Prime Contract has been linked to a Customer | Sub Customer record. However, there can be scenarios where a transaction has been entered manually in both systems by accident and would need to be 'Marked As Exported' to avoid duplicates or a client invoice needs to be unlinked so it can be exported again if modifications are required. All of these functions can be done in the Accounts Receivable (AR) Tab as listed below.
