You can manually link customers, vendors, or employees that have been manually entered in both systems and need to be linked.

AutoLink will link customers, vendors, or employees only when their names match exactly in both systems. It will not modify existing links, nor will it update address or phone information.

You can also use the Sync function in the Sync tab to export new customers and vendors that have not yet been linked.
