External authorization allows users to log in once and seamlessly access multiple Sage Construction Management tenants without re-authenticating. Users are represented as external users in each target company and through Single Sign-On (SSO) they can switch between tenants easily. This feature simplifies access management and supports partner and consultant collaboration by removing the need for separate credentials per tenant.

Externally authorized users with the Administrator role have full access to all features, equivalent to standard users with the same role. |

| Read Only | Externally authorized users with the Read Only role have read-only access to all features. |

- Administrators can add externally authorized users.
- Externally authorized users are partners or consultants with login credentials created by an administrator.
- Externally authorized users can change their own password.
- The maximum number of externally authorized users for each tenant is three (3).
- Access is carefully scoped and segmented to ensure strict isolation between partner organizations and prevent cross-partner visibility of data.
- If a company is configured to support externally authorized users, TeamLink users are not supported.
