Implementation Plan - Estimating - Optional - Invitation To Bid (ITB)

The Invitation To Bid (ITB) feature can be used to distribute Drawings and Specs to subs and suppliers to gauge their interest in the job opportunity. Typically, this is used by commercial GCs but can be applicable to high-end custom homebuilders. The ITB email that is sent out of Sage Construction Management will allow vendors to access the TeamLink Portal and can provide a bidding or not bidding response. Vendors are not asked to provide a detailed price quote at this stage.

Review Uploaded Drawings and Specifications

1	Click the 'Leads' icon in the left navigation pane then select the current lead in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then redirect and show the 'Current Lead Home' page.			Form
