Safety meetings overview
Government regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, require employers to provide safety information to protect employee well‑being. All construction companies and contractors, regardless of size, must comply with these standards. In addition, regulations require meeting facilitators to document attendance and record discussion topics covered during safety meetings.
Before you begin
- Ensure that all the companies that attended the meeting, such as your firm and subcontractors, are in the project directory. Their employees will be referenced in the Attendee list.
