Project directory overview
The project directory is a list of companies from the Contact Management module that are associated with a project. It streamlines data entry by limiting form selections to relevant companies and contacts rather than the full contact list.
Leads and projects each maintain their own directories. When a lead is converted to a project using the Lead to Project wizard, the lead’s directory can be copied to the project.
Common companies included in the project directory
- Customer
- Your firm
- Architect
- Engineering/consulting firms
- Construction manager
- Subcontractors
- Suppliers
Before you begin

Ensure that all companies involved in the project are included in the Contact Management module. The user's company, along with the customer company and contact selected during project creation, are automatically added to the project directory.

Each company must have at least one contact with an email address.
