Project directory overview

The project directory is a list of companies from the Contact Management module that are associated with a project. It streamlines data entry by limiting form selections to relevant companies and contacts rather than the full contact list.

Leads and projects each maintain their own directories. When a lead is converted to a project using the Lead to Project wizard, the lead’s directory can be copied to the project.

Project directory functions

• Add companies to the project directory
• Copy companies and contacts from another project
• View the project directory list
• Assign a TeamLink security role to the companies of the project directory
• Send an email to the companies in the project directory with their TeamLink portal login information.
