Automatic synchronization of addresses and project timesheets

You can now reduce manual updates by automatically synchronizing address information and importing project timesheets from Sage Intacct.

Details

New Auto Sync options are available in AccountingLink for Sage Intacct to help keep data aligned between systems. You can enable automatic syncing of customer, vendor, and employee address and phone number changes. You can also enable automatic retrieval of project timesheets from Sage Intacct.

These options can be configured based on your integration preferences, helping reduce manual updates and improve data consistency across systems.

How it works

  1. Go to AccountingLink for Sage Intacct and open Posting Preferences.
  2. Select the Auto Sync tab.
  3. Enable the options for:
    • Client Address and Phone Number Changes
    • Vendor Address and Phone Number Changes
    • Employee Address and Phone Number Changes
    • Retrieve SIC Project Time Sheets
      New sync option checkboxes
  4. Select the sync interval and save your settings.
