Implementation plan – Estimating – 01 – Lead and project
Define the estimating lead and project setup process, including reviewing classifications and lead stages, and creating and managing job opportunity leads. Maintain a lead directory with key contacts, track and analyze leads by stage, and convert awarded leads into active projects.
